Refund policy

Every shirt leaves the Outpost inspected and mission-ready. If yours arrives less than perfect, we'll make it right — no bureaucratic wormholes, no runaround.

The 30-Day Guarantee

Every order is covered for 30 days from the day it's delivered. Within that window:

  • Free size exchanges. Wrong fit happens — even with a size chart calibrated across six galaxies. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll exchange it for the right size at no extra cost. We'll send simple exchange instructions by email, and your replacement launches once the original is on its way back to us.
  • Defective, damaged, or misprinted items. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your call.
  • Wrong item received. If we beamed you the wrong product, we'll ship the correct one at no cost to you.

How to File a Claim

  1. Send a transmission to crew@apsionoutpost.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, attach a photo — it's how we verify the issue and it speeds everything up.
  3. A real human (we checked) replies within 1–2 business days. Approved replacements ship within 2–7 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval — your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

What Isn't Covered

Each shirt is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind or an accidental wrong-color pick. Damage from improper care (each product page lists care instructions — cold wash, inside out, no interstellar re-entry) isn't covered either. Fit problems are always covered by the free size exchange above.

Late or Missing Refunds

Approved refund not showing after 10 business days? Check with your bank or card issuer first — refunds sometimes drift in their orbit for a few days. Still nothing? Email crew@apsionoutpost.com and we'll track the signal down.
